Lodging

For out of town guests, there are a number of options. We've set aside a bundle of rooms at the Hilton in Woodland Hills. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to stay at one of the many bed and breakfasts nestled in Topanga Canyon. Here's the deal

Parking

Valet parking is available the day of the ceremony, as well as plenty of street parking along Topanga Canyon Boulevard. We cannot stress this enough: Please be careful if you park on the street as Topanga is a two lane highway with some curves. The 1909 is a venue that does have stairs and different levels. This adds to its immense charm, but if you need assistance heading from the front door down to the ceremony, the venue will be happy to accommodate you. 

Wedding Day Schedule

A traditional, Jewish pre wedding ceremony called a tish will begin at 4 p.m. All are invited to invite and regal the groom and bride with stories, song and drink before they sign the marriage contract, the ketubah. The wedding ceremony is called for 5 p.m.
